Team—
I know you all just finished your gathering - I hope you’re as thrilled as I am with the recent updates. Previously I sent you all a message, I expressed the following: “I am confident in this team. You all are some of the most motivated and talented developers we have had the opportunity to work with - and we’re looking forward for that collaboration to endure.”
Given your hard work and flexibility, particularly over the last year, you repeatedly show that.
The player input from last autumn’s the game testing phase was informative. It affirmed the promise of a action-packed game but made clear we still had work to do. It revealed the necessity for a more distinct vision.
It has been motivating to see how far you’ve come. You accepted the feedback to heart and revamped the title with a revitalized direction - one that’s positioned to deliver on its ambition to our fans.
The belief in Project ETHOS strengthens every day. To boost the remarkable progress you’ve made, It is a pleasure to introduce the new hire as the latest Studio Head of 31st Union. Following several months of conversations, Ben officially joins us on next week.
Ben’s guidance and background in the PVP shooter space is considerable, having dedicated the recent years creating and managing some of the most well-known franchises in the industry, including Call of Duty: Black Ops, and most recently, the battle royale hit.
Let’s together in receiving Ben soon. We are all excited to keep seeing the development of the game in the weeks to come.

"Create your ideal gameplay session—or face defeat—in this engaging over-the-shoulder adventure! Build your hero in live gameplay to fit your unique tactics," the game's pitch states. "Challenge the rivals with new abilities, risks, and obstacles that evolve every round. Will you withdraw carefully with your collected items? Alternatively aim high, put it on the line, and hope your squad can secure victory? The choice is up to you."
The game lacks an official debut schedule or consoles, but enthusiasts can look forward to more updates as creation progresses.
